Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very good Italian restaurant, small but very modern design spa, excellent bar and lounge, very trendy and ideal location (close to the luxury shoppings and trendy restaurants). We think this must be the best hotel to stay in Stockholm... I was enjoyed by staying in Nobis hotel for a long weekend. Absolutely perfect location, friendly, kind and guests oriented personal, clean and cozy rooms, nice breakfast. I will definitely stay in Nobis hotel next time. I wish all best to Nobis hotel!.
all reviews » Architecture and overall design is a plus. Great location; however during weekends a bit noisy but still better to be at Norrmalmstorg than at Stureplan. Great bar and hall to hang out. Fitness and wellness is small but well equipped. location is excellent; best bars, restaurants and shops just outside the hotel; walking distance from most attractions; hotel is beautiful - the design is stunning; wifi works well. Location was good and overall design of hotel was nice. It was clean, modern aesthetic. The room was comfortable with nice bathrooms. The lobby is chic and nicely designed. The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is wonderful. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable (it seemed we slept on white cloud in heaven). I was stuck in my room for 2 hours because the safe would not open. I could not go out until they unlocked it and ended up having to order room service while they finally got it open and felt I should have been compensated. The rooms are a little dark and they don't have tables besides the beds, which is a bit inconvenient. It's an expensive hotel and don't feel the service level is on par with the amount. Having stayed up late every day, roomservice had a habit of waking us up with no obvious way of telling them not to disturb us. No where to put anything in the bathroom, but that's the style of the Hotel. Separate/ single duvets on king size bed. No possibility to make coffee/tee in the rooms. Noise from the street can be heard in the rooms. No bathtub, no working safe, room was quite small... The staff of the restaurant is indolent. We stayed in a double queen room which was very small and gloomy . Nothing. It is perfect. Nothing. Swedish prices, so high for uk travellers. Not a single shelf in the bathroom and no space next to washbasin to put toilet/vanity case. Openwork "lid" on washbasin very pretty but unpractical (eg for shaving)(+ it splatters somewhat). The elevator is creepy and slow!!. Not so many options/choice in the breakfast. Laundry was quite costly. The bathroom was a bit too small. Room we were given was way too small; more suitable for a single person. Claiming to have the best concierge in town is far from true. small rooms. The sheets are loud (too criap i lnow silly but woke me up when my husband was turning)and the phone light is too bright. They also do not have a ramp for a stroller and suitcases. Small room. The rooms were too small! Ok as single!. Staff reactivity (little if no anticipation Lack of warmth inside the atrium (big plants maybe ?). Tough to get the stroller in and out if the hotel. aircon system difficult to get right. Very expensive breakfast. No swimming pool. Nothing. not a thing. soooooo expensive. size of queen room was so small. Poor variation on menu. Very small rooms. The pictures on the website are misleading, the rooms are actually a lot smaller. Rooms were only made up and cleaned very late, or by request. The service was not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. No one introduced any of the amenities, showed us the facilities available or informed us of any services offered.
