Very good + patiently: miss Linda from the reception, who gave us EXCELLENT tips for eating diner in suburban Stockholm !! Also ++ was the friendly managerin. The breakfast at the weekends is "only" untill 11:30. The (Carpe Diem)quality beds made us sleep like lazy babies, having 1000 excuses for staying in bed "just" a few minutes more... The quiet street made the 3 night stay unforgetable.

After you getto the reception, you still must climb 4 steps to get to the lift-hence, we have some challenges with moving pram+baby.There was lots of noise outside my room on the street after 11pm. Abunch of people had congregated outside and stayed there for 3 hours. Ithink the hotel could have done more to move them on. No where to eat in the evening. The bathroom could be a bit more comfortable. We stayed for two nights but only our bathroom was cleaned and the linen changed after the first night. The rest of the suite was not touched and our beds were not made.improve the wireless internet system, the only problem in my point of view. No restaurant, only breakfast. The only minir complaint is the glass shower door did not close properly thus sending a bit too much water into the main bathroom...very little complaint!. Wireless internet was poor. Service was in and out, and for some reason I could not send email with attachments. Download speed was also very slow. This was much more of a problem for me than it might be for others. The room was also very small. For example, I could turn around within the bathroom, but just barely.the heating of the rooms. I was freezing and the staff couldn't find the switch on of the heater. I think the hotel could do something to improve the temperature in the rooms. The double room comes with two single beds instead of a double bed.No air conditioning. Hot room at night, poor bread selection for breakfast.Furnishing of the bathroom was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast felt somewhat sparse in selection. The lack of a proper door for the bathroom, the existing glass door looks very stylish but offer no privacy.
