Location, off Gran Via (Gran Via is less than 1 min. away). Modern Furniture. Free internet in all of the hotel (there are 2 PCs in the reception if you don't have your laptop). Althought I liked the skylight in the 4th floor rooms, put in mind that these rooms are slightly smaller (but still cool and different). Location was excellent, room was small but nice and exactly what isneeded. location!. great location and excellent choice from the breakfast buffet, you could not want for any more. I stayed on 4th floor and had a terrific skylight from which I could see the stars!. The staff they were absolutely fantastic. The staff is very helpful, the hotel is nice and modern, plus very conveniently located. A very good one.central location. The services. everything. You would not want to open the window curtains because the window looked into another room only maybe 5 feet away, so there would be absolutely no privacy if the curtains were open. Based on our room we would not stay here again, but we do not know what the other rooms were like. First room was small with little room to move around.The second room, they were nice enough to move me to, was larger and offered at a price less than those offered by booking.com.heating system because between around 23:00 and 08:00 there was no heating so that room temperature was too low, and we felt cold during the night. My room was small, and there was another bed just above my bed.Not enough in the room. Very basic with little furniture. Not even a coat hook to hang something in the room. walls are very thin making it noisy. could be more friendly in the room. Rooms too too too small.Breakfast area is too small (7-8 tables only) and always occupied. Rooms are small with cheap decor pretending to be stylish (hello, IKEA :))) The bathroom door is made of glass and has no lock, which is not very convenient for the shy people. the service. The room was really small! We had to change room as the first one had a twin bed instead of a double bed as required. The second bedroom was also very small and with a constant bad smell. It was hard to sleep with so much noise during the night as the room was located on the ground floor on the same corridor that has access to the cleaning room and kitchen. our room was extremely small, no space for suitcases. I booked a double room - smoking. But I got a twin room non-smoking. I had to wait another day before I got what I had booked. room was noisy, no help when I ask for a ironing service.the room was too small not like the pictures in the web and some of the staff was not nice. The room is very hot and the sink was broken.
