Location is excellent. The apartments are modern, spacey and well equipped. Staff is very smart, friendly, helpful and responded to our needs in no time. Also staff is English speaking. This is the place to stay in Madrid. A great apartment extremely close to Gran Via. The Gran Via Metro station within close walking distance. Very central to most interesting sights. Just about no problem with outside noise, so no disturbance with sleep.

Located in a fantastic location. It's got a lift which is handy when travelling with kids. Bedding is comfortable. The location and the price was reasonable. The front door was problematic to open at times. Make sure you get a lesson on how to open the front door. we are not used to living in apartments so took a little while to adjust to the movement of others. Not enough toilet roll, no one open the door once we reach need to call them before reach. A bite noisy at night. Overall still great. The lack of an ordinance or a person in charge at reception. Not enough toilet roll provided. When you arrive, you have to wait 20-30 mins for someone to let you in so probably best to call the property in advance. The inefficiency of the staff. I had to check out a day early due to an emergency at home and had requested for a receipt for insurance purposes. It has since been a week since we checked out and there has been no reply or acknowledgement of our emails. Will not recommend this place if you need to speak to someone as there is no receptionist as well.
