THe location. Central in Madrid, close to the Metro.Location. The location of the hotel.proximity to Gran Via, quiet despite being situated close to Gran Via. central position, hospitality. The hotel was centrally located which meant that we could walk to most of the places we wanted to see. Most of the hotel staff spoke english and were curtious and friendly.
