On our second night the hotel rate shot up three times, but other hotels seemed to do the same thing. Might be due to the Grec festival, though not very sure. We experienced some problem with the cold water (it was hot!), but they solve it.Silly hi-tech shower was a waste of space. Not possible to keep out the light in the mornings. The garden is not so useful and/or inviting.The gardens looked better in the pictures than they actually were. Ithink the hotel needs alittle sprucing up. Noise from surounding sreeets late at night/early morning. Problem with hot water supply, however staff did their best to resolve this.space within the room...too cramped. The shower in the rest room was not very ergonomic. Water was going out to the floor, escaping from the curtain sides.Very clean, however, pretty spare: no information in the room on how to use in-room devices. Terribly expensive breakfast, much cheaper to go just around the corner. Overall, a solid hotel, clean, well-kept, with nice front-end staff. rooms are small. The decor could do with a refresh, some general wear and tear around the hotel. all kind of stuff not working in the room: room safe, shower leaking, Wifi not working, lamp sparking. Beds were too firm, and slided too easy arund the room on its wheels. All together more a pimped 3* hotel instead of a true 4*...found it overprized. We were on the fourth floor and the water pressure in the shower was very poor.Hard beds, no hot water for two of the four days we stayed. Lack of a bar and restaurant and gym.furnishing, too much noise in the mornings - shuting doors etc. very disappointing standard : far from a palace. Small room, cheap furnitures. Rooms service- the personel was not very good at english and onemornirng the breakfast never arrived although we called twice! Internetin the room did not work, we asked twice if that could be fixed,however, noone bothered. must be renovated, rubbishy furniture, the stuff didn't verify the price I' ve got by booking hotel so I' ve paid more without the discount.
