The unit is awesome. Especially love the kitchen facilities. Able to clear laundry thus saving chore of washing back home. Really felt like home away from home. Being in the midst of La Rambla makes it a very convenient location. Did not mind the noise from the busy street. After all, it could hardly be heard once the windows were fully closed. Great heaters available for the winter. Thank you for the great hospitality.
all reviews » The apartment is clean and it is an excellent location. It is located on La Rambla and in walking distance of Barcelona shopping districts. It is very close to a Metro station which makes the rest of Barcelona accessible. The apartment has a washing machine / clothes dryer which can be an advantage if one has been travelling for an extended period. Very nice apartment - neat and Wi-Fi good (was not working initially but fixed quickly) This place is in the heart of the vibrant Las Ramblas but and there is noise throughout the night but if you are there for leisure and nightlife then this place is excellent. Perfect for a couple but not for business colleagues. The staff were very friendly and helpful and attended promptly to the problem we had with the toilet leaking.Also the location was excellent for our needs and would not hesitate to book with them again. Gustavo was amazingly helpful. Allowed us to drop off bags early and leave for our last day if we chose. He was prompt and businesslike as well as friendly. They are a bit too dated. Otherwise everything else is well and good. The sofa bed is a bit ordinary. Apartment is advertised for 4 persons making you think that there will be more than one room - as colleagues one of us had to sleep on coach in the lounge making it awkward. Also pay a huge fee for cleaning but it only means the apartment is received clean. Directions not clear to get to the apartment - was walking up and down searching for it. The fold down bed settee was not the most comfortable and they would benefit from having a few more english speaking chanels other than just discovery max. No complaints at all!. -Little bit noisy but completely expected given location. -Stairs to get to level 1 as elevator is from there upwards. the main bed. The price was extremely higher comparing to near compartment. Nothing. Very very noisy at night. The sofa which turns bed is small for 2 persons and it is very hard. The hot water in the boiler is not enough for 4 persons if they decide to take shower in the same tome. Eur 50 for cleaning is too much especially I should clean the appartment before I leave and many insects were coming out from the room containing the washing machine. No enough soap and shampoo as they put that stuff only once upon arrival. We paid 50 euros as cleaning fees. However the apartement was not cleaned every day The beds were very bad and not comfortable at all There was no enough hot water for baths Only 1 bathroom for apartement for four people is not enough. We stayed only one night, but had to pay the full amount of money for cleaning, costing € 50.-. This was not mentioned or included in the initial amount. every things its not comfratabel no elevater the apartment is too small.
