From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. Just past the front desk you have the breakfast area/snack room where you can grab something to eat or drink when you come back in the afternoon for a siesta or in the evening. all reviews » There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast. the overall concept the snack food and drink, 24/7 the staff, they were amazing. friendly and so so helpful the little lounge rooms with TV and hammock the shower was one of the best i have used the robes and slippers the terrace, part covered in for chilly days the rooms with their easy modern simple design the bottles of water delivered to our door every evening the shaker hooks for hanging stuff on where it can be easily located. The staff are wonderful so caring and thoughtful. The food is a great idea and breakfast is terrific. Having 2 rooms are fun. both rooms are very clean and comfortable. The terrace has a great view. I loved where it was situated so much atmosphere so close to everything we wanted. Loved every part of this well planned place to stay much more warm and friendly than a hotel.
