Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. We had a medical issue and the night receptionist (at 4am) really went the extra mile to help us.

This hotel located in the best, area of Amsterdam with lots of great shopping and restaurants near by. Its newly redone and very modern with stylish rooms. The bathrooms are large with flat screens above the tub.I have been happy with their other hotels as well, the Roemer and Vondel. I highly recommend this hotel to any travellers looking to enjoy a great valued option compared to other ones in this expensive city.

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix.
