The front desk staff was very helpful and cordial; the hotel has a great location within walking distance of the Central Station and much of Amsterdam. how local it was, very comfortable, professional, room excellent, bar relaxing and comfortable. The staff were very nice and the room's were very clean and comfortable. the comfortable bed and the polite friendly service.

How can that be justified. I was very upset about that. My dressinggown was also lost - however I believe that was caught up amongst the sheets as it was white cotton. I am still waiting for it to found and returned. Apart from that I was very happy with the place. Only those 2 things soured my experience. Would stay again in a heartbeat!. Despite the high price breakfast was not included - however there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast too expensive. size of standard twin rooms slightly small in comparison to your competitors. There are two lefts / elevators at the hotel which in my view are not sufficient as we some time had to wait more than 10 minutes to get it when one was out of service. TV should have Varieties of channels (i.e to add Asian / Middle East Channels).Price of breakfast. Food and drinks far too expensive. The basic rooms are small and dark but are good value for the cost. Breakfasts very expensive so did not eat in the hotel.

There is easy transportation to and from the airport, by either train or by taxi.The bus-, tram- and subway stops at various destinations both inside and outside Amsterdam and are located opposite of the hotel. Should you arrive by car and lose your way, please don't hesitate to call us! We will gladly provide you with clear and precise directions as how to reach The Convent.
