  the staff were amazing, check in is at 2.00pm but when we turned up at 6.30am asking if we could leave our bags they asked if we wanted our room now, such a wonderful thought as we were so tired - Great service by the staff. Good meal at a very fair price.

They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

  This was our second time at this hotel and we will most definetly stay again. It is a fantastic, clean hotel. The staff are the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is right in the centre of everything and I would recommend it to everyone. We didn't have one complaint about this hotel, it is perfect. - Its location was excellent to all the tour... what people say » ist attractions. However it was in an ideal location that you were not disturbed by late night noise. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and would use it again.

  Very easy to use hotel. Self serve check in when you get there (a bank of about five computers), so you aren't waiting for a person to take care of you. Someone is nearby for the technically challenged. The rooms are what I would call "pods". Small rooms with everything compact and easy to reach. The photos online tell the story. Very comfort... what people say » able in every aspect. Temperature, tv, lighting, etc all controlled by the "mood pad" (remote). I was able to easily drop the temp a couple of degre - This is one of top three hotels I have ever stayed in (and there were some!), but I cannot remember the other two :). Giving this hotel a 10 would mean that the other few I rated as 10 should now be re-rated to 8. :) Everything was great. The technical stuff in the room, funny saying everywhere, some might find "self-check-in" a bother, but I liked a new experience and there was always extremely polite and friendly staff around to help. All in all - 7min walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station.

I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room.   Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! We have stayed in 4 other apartments in Amsterdam and this one is the overall winner. - I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . Linda helped us one morning and made phonecalls on our behalf to help us find specific shops in town. I loved the room.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment).
