We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. We stayed for one night on July 2013. Itour is right in a busy intersection, in front of supermarket, very close to Tulum archeological site, the beaches and a few blocks from local restaurants. We parked our rental car in front and were greeted by staff that was already expecting us. The staff was cheerful and responsive to our needs; they gave excellent suggestions about what to do and where to eat. Itour has very few rooms, ours was very clean, and had one window.
