Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful! Coozy hotel with lovely lighting in the evenings, pool area seems small at first but it was really "bigger than you thought", with bubbly jacuzzi part of the pool. Rooms were nice and cleaned, good wifi all over the hotel so you could sit in the pool and surf :) .
all reviews » The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach. Everything was perfect! The room was perfectly cleaned and very well furnished, the people at the reception were just wondeful and at our disposal at anytime. I would highly reccommend this place to anybody visiting Tulum!. Very nice suite. Large bed, spacious room, lovely balcony. Large bathroom. Quiet (especially to Mexican standards)! Parking in front of the hotel. Great location. The beds were a little hard. No wifi (not working) and no one cares! You can count the drops while taking a shower (no pressure/frustrating to wash your hair). Funny but almost useless pool. The location is a bit far from the beach and the value for what we paid was not the best given that we were a bit far from the beach. Breakfast isn't included Bike hire would be great In comparison to some of the beach resorts, this was very expensive - I don't think it was good value for money at all. No overhead light. Hard to see in room. No kitchen or bar. The wifi was erratic and did not work most of the time. The tower...not so clean. Didn't get many new clean towels Intermitent WiFi Staff have limited English.
