We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Uolis Nah. It's located short distance from the town center and really close to the super market. The rooms are very cozy and clean. There is a little kitchen too if you want to make your food. The place seemed very secure, and all the staff are extremely friendly, and offer free parking. all reviews » Everything. Extreme friendly welcome! The free bike service is pretty cool and helped us to get around Tulum. The lady that covered reception in the mornings is extremely friendly and helpful. The place seemed very secure too as there was always someone around. Clean, free rental bikes, fridge + kitchen facilities in the room, breakfast included (simple one), free parking lot, design (rooms at the bottom floor don't need air-con), helpful staff (told me some nice places for shopping "artesania"), pool. Nice clean pool. Proximity to the Super Mercado. Enrico gave us some great tips including a discount card to a beach resort restaurant where we had a nice lunch and swim (much better than the circus at the beach at the Tulum ruins). I have never slept in such damp conditions.there were 2 puddles on the floor with no sign of where they came from. Could only assume the water was coming up through the floor. The bedding was very damp. Mexico had just had 6 weeks of rain so maybe it was exceptional but I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place is not well maintained, swimming poll small and always dirty, the room itself not very clean, very humid, funny smell, no air conditioning and very old and noisy ventilator. The property is right on an road with heavy traffic making noise during the night. It's quite close to Tulum down town, but I would not recommend walking on that road. There is definitely no bike path.
