Staff was courteous. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming and not too big. It is not at the center of town but close enough to walk.

Close to Zocalo and all the atractions of Oaxaca. 2. incredible atmosphere , staff went out of their way to take care of us-we didn't even have to go to the reception to pick up fresh cleaned laundry. It was one block away from Santo Domingo, one block away from the Avenida Turistica, and 3 blocks away from the Zocalo. Perfect walking distance to everything! The hotel itself was superbly clean and the staff was extremely nice. I did eat at the hotel, and the food was authentic, tasty, and decently priced in comparison with other restaurants in the area. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Oaxaca.
