Almost everything. The room was spacious - a welcome change for the big cities - and had everything that we needed. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the futons were some of the best we slept on. The location is what makes it, though. It's a well known hotel, apparently, so our taxi driver knew exactly where to take us. It's located almost across the road form Namba Station and about a 3 minute walk to Dotonbori. all reviews »
Room is very big and loved the traditional Japanese room style. Location
is near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and there is a direct exit from the
subway to the hotel building. Staff were friendly and helpful and left
luggage is stored securely (they keep the luggage inside their office
and give you a claim number). Also, it was raining when we stayed there
and they lent us umbrellas which was another plus.
Great location for KIX and Itami airports, subways, crossroad for trains to neighboring cities. Ideal area for food (near Kuromon Ichiba market) and plenty shopping. Big tatami room, extremely spacious. Wifi in room big plus.
The room was perfect, exactly as the pictures. The staff is very polite and they gave us a present as it was our Honeymoon. The location is superb. I definetely recommend Ichiei Hotel.

Fantastic location! Right in the heart of Osaka but surprisingly quiet
in the room. Excellent Japanese style rooms were very comfortable and

The hotel was starting to look a little warn in places, with paint peeling in the hallways and our bathroom could have done with a reseal, but other than that, it was perfect.
Reception is at 8th floor and rooms are at 6th and 7th floors so
whenever you have to return the key, you always have to go up the 8th
before going down.
Elevators slow with reception on 8th level. Room on 6th level and only one elevator goes there sharing with office workers and patrons of music school on 9th level.
