Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka. Moreover, Kyoto, Kobe & Nara are near Osaka. This time I stayed there for 6 nights.
all reviews » Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment. Location is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They arranged adjacent rooms for us as we booked 2 one-bedroom apartments upon our request. Fraser is very close to the market (黑門巿場）and the cookware provided by the hotel is very sufficient including rice cooker. We enjoyed our own japanese cooking during our stay with the top fresh seafood and Japan beef! Highly recommend Fraser!. Spacious, clean, convenient, You have a washer/dryer in your apartment. They provide binder with English instructions on how to use appliances & other devices. Staff is so welcoming & helpful. This Residence is located just across underground shopping malls & access to train and subway. It is therefore easy to visit other parts of town. Many restaurants nearby. Near a major train station (Namba station), felt like home (equipped with kitchen and washing machine+dryer), easy to get to kansai airport (nankai railway to and from kansai airport), helpful staffs (they even arrange takuihibin service for me), the room (deluxe one bedroom with 1 extra bed) was comfortable enough for us 3 malaysian ladies. Definitely will stay here again. Fantastic location, right next to Namba Station (no noise from trains at all). Very helpful reception staff who recommended several good places to eat in the area in the evening, even printing off maps for us. Very clean, spacious accommodation and being able to use the washing machine was great as we were travelling around Japan. this is my third time back to the hotel in 2yrs. aside from its prime location to the great shopping at shinsaibashi (less than 5 mins walk) the in-room kitchen equipped with washer/dryer has to be my favourite part. the staff was super professional with guests. highly recommend to anyone touring osaka. The Deluxe room was comfortable for 2 persons. Amenities were adequately supplied and everything was crisp and clean. Enjoyed the stay very much. Location is fabulous, in a quiet area yet near to shopping and most importantly the train station to Kansai Airport. Everything. The front desk staff speak English very well. We could do and see everything walking around. We almost didn't transportation. It was clean, comfortable and it had all we need in the room. Despite not say irashaimasse attendants were attentive. Everything in this hotel was excellent. - Bed is very comfortable and the room is well equipped. -The staff are very friendly and speak English fluently. - Very convenient to major areas in Namba and 5 minutes away from the Namba subway station. The air-conditioning in the bedroom in the one-bedroom apartment (1004) is not very powerful, airflow is not strong thus the room is relatively stuffy. We had to keep the bedroom door open to get the cool air from the living room. The housekeeper didn't update the bath amenities daily which annoyed me, I had to go to the receptionist for the bath cap and cotton buds. Besides that, all good!. Breakfast is not spectacular but gets you going. nothing. Can't think of any. Breakfast needs improvement. Breakfast menu need to be reviewed seriously. elevator speed, but I'm being very picky enough to criticize on this. Ask for your apartment with walk-in wardrobe if you have bulky luggages. Breakfast limited selection. The breakfast is minimalist. Choice of 3 similar plates. One that included fruit provided two very small pieces - one pineapple, one grapefruit. One that included egg always had boiled egg. Juices had sign saying "one glass only". Cooking smells from other rooms was terrible and hard to get rid of. Nothing, this is really a good hotel with super friendly and polite staffs. Nothing i can think of. Sounds a bit silly but the bathroom door opened outwards rather than inwards, was hard to get used to. The free breakfast is a big disappointment. Only two of the five people in our family tried it on the first day. We returned all the unused coupons. Breakfast is really simple but this is an apartment instead if hotel, over priced, much more expensive than Swissotel. Only 2 bottles of water were given upon check in during our entire 5 day stay. Breakfast lacked variety. The breakfast is too simple. The breakfast was terrible. Long wait, poor service and terrible food. Book the room without breakfast option if possible!. the breakfast…. Nothing I didnt like. nothing. Breakfast included, but little choice. expensive. breakfast was not good. but very close are many good places to go. appartement was little bit small, smaller than excpected. The front staff were impolite, ruined the reputation of the hotel.
