The staff were very friendly and helpful, Because our flight to Florence was delayed and we were later than expected, the concierge came out to the street to look for us which was just as well as our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel's precise location! Very clean and comfortable room even had cooking area in close proscimity for self catering if desired. Highly recommended. We loved having an apartment where we had the option to eat local food that we bought vs eating out. We loved the view and the cheerful colour of the apartment and the location, close to the Domo. And our hostess Alexandra was bubbly and friendly and we felt at home.
all reviews » Big room, very clean. Its an apartment with 6 rooms in the unit. However it seems private to us. Coz not many people staying the days. It is very quiet too. Washing machine and kitchen all complete. this was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in the staff were excellent breakfast is in your room so you can eat drink when you like all round highly recommend!. Staff!! Staff was very niceeeeeeee. Location! Only few hundreds meters from Train station. Breakfast! You have everything ready in your room, wake up anytime, eat anytime. A very nice hotel, breakfast is served directly in the room, very friendly and helpful reception wirth good English, 5 min by feet to the city center. Central location, quiet room, facilities: kettle in room, cooking and washing available in common area. Enthusiastic helpful staff. Lovely quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Very helpful staff. Only the pillows are a bit uncomfortable and very small shower room, but we had no problems with that. nothing. Nothing serious Do it yourself breakfast but this is not bad as you are on holiday and maybe want to breakfast out anyway. Check in was unusual. Small bathing area. Poor breakfast. Had a problem making initial contact with Manager.. No one was available and we were lost for almost 3o minutes to get access and keys to our room. The place is hard to find, there is no staff on site, breakfast is horrible, the windows do not close well so that I was cold at night and no staff to ask for additional bed covers, there was tremendous noise every morning starting at 8am (drilling right beneath my room, with the non-closing window), including on Saturday. Obviously an unfortunate experience, given that everyone else seems to like the place.
