Everything about this hotel was excellent - it is both close to the train station and the city centre, with a range of restaurants nearby ( helpful when you arrive at 22.00 !). Staff were polite and helpful, and the quality of the room was superb - for example you get a little card each evening telling you the weather forcast, together with a couple of sweets ! highly recommended. The staff was very attentive to our needs. They were more than happy to recommend a restaurant and make a reservation for us. The facilities were impeccible. The weight room was in great condition. Amongst the frenzy of tourists and residents, the hotel was a small oasis. We had all the privacy we could ask for, and yet we were blocks from the duomo and the city center.

UMM... oh, no. left them in the safe at Hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind retriving the passports and made arrangements for our possession of them. Not enough mains outlets for my many electrical equipment, but the hotel may not be a business hotel. Also the Wireless connection should have been for free (for that room price level).We used the hotels parking services and they scratched the front bumperthen said we did it the hotels would not refund the parking money we hadpaid and said it was covered under our insurance this did spoil the endof our stay slightly, although I woould go back I would not use therecar parking company. The breakfast room was understaffed and you had to line up for a table - the staff there were a little terse. Perhaps they could ask people to share tables - which, being a solo traveller, I would have quite enjoyed and would save the waiting times.The room's bathroom, particularly the shower, could use an update. Water pressure was a bit low. I thought the hotel was a bit too pricey.There was some refurnishing going on in one floor, which made some noise during the day. Normally no problem, but I arrived in the morning sleep deprived and had some problem sleeping that afternoon. We were charged 40 Euro more by the hotel than the price confirmed on the web site. Pay for the internet, why can't hotels provide this access.
