Actually , I came to hotel Fiorita , but they seemed to have overbooked- so they gave me a better room with aircon and private bathroom for thesame price at the hotel "Desiree" on the floor below (same adress) .....I think they behaved very responsible and recommendable by giving me abetter room for the same price .... and they still allowed me to useinternet at Fiorita if I needed it .... Very nice staff, friendly, helpful and flexible. I was allowed to checkin 2 hours prior the check in time, so I was free to start my city tour.The room and bathroom was really very clean. The hotel is veryconveniently located, just 1/2 block from S.M.N. train station. Thebreakfast is good enough. The room has a convenient assorted minibar and asafety box. Cozy and nice decorated halls.

Wifi would have made this place perfect.I had trouble with the lift and got stuck in it at one stage. Doors wouldn't open. Room internet access was impossible. and I prefer card security key system. First night I was rearranged to another hotel downstairs which is terrible because of an accident of water. But I believe it was really an accident.Noise during night from traffic (mainly buses). Rooms not quite big enough for seating for relaxation.I wouldn't actually call the hotel "elegant" as they do in theirdescription. Quite acceptable for the price and location, however. the shower was tiny and had very low water pressure. also, the door to the shower fell off it's hinges at one point. also, the internet was broken when we stayed there, but that's not really the hotel's fault.shower water wasn't hot enough, but acceptable. need more natural light in the room.
