The standard in the hotel was second to none.. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull.. The service provided to us was excellent.. definitely will be back again.... The whole stay at the hotel was fabulous , not one complaint! All thestaff were outstanding from reception to the bar , to the room serviceand spa alike! Truely 5star. Staff were very professional - very helpful but not obtrusive. Evening meal in restaurant was superb, I had duck and my partner had beef. Enjoyed the piano music.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. We have a toddler who really enjoyed the pool. A real cot was also provided for him in the room not a travel cot like we got in other hotels. I went to the Killarney park hotel to celebrate a birthday, the hotel was ideally located in the town centre. The room was quite large, the bed was extremely comfortable. This is a five star hotel and was excellent value at 185 euro for BandB. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definately stay there again. on arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful ate in the hotel restaurant food was lovely staff very efficent and friendly the hotel has a very warm and friendly atmosphere would most certainly stay again. The staff were fantastic and very helpfull. The girl on the reception desk recommended a place to eat and it was beautiful. I tryed to book a mums to be treatment in the spa and they could not fit me in. I had to go to another hotel to have it.Only on a very minor issue to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Gymnasium was poorly equipped.The Weather!!! No it is a lovely hotel cant fault it. very minor, no tea coffee making facilities in room. Service and food in the restuarant. There was no internet access from the hotel room. Had my labtop with me but had to be in the lobby for wireless internet. Should be able to access from rooms.
