We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, the room was really beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located in the centre of the town with everything within walking distance. The restaurant was fantastic and great value for money and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel. Very personal treatment, standard of the rooms very high. 4 course dinner offer for residents was only €24. Central location. Bookings.com informed about additional payment for car park, which was actually included in the main price.

Some noise from the street could be heard (around 3.30am - niteclub revellers), however, it wasnt loud enough to keep me awake for long. biscuits in room, fridge, breakfast could be fresher. No. The jacuzzi bath was not working properly our room, if we had been told about it we wouldn't of minded.all features of the room were not present in the executive suite. Not very sound proof. The bed was hard. We found our room to be a bit noisy.You can not check in until after 3.30pm and you have to check out by 11.00am. the price. the ambition of the restaurant do not match the service provided; although the staff is very nice, they lack knowledge about the wine. Only problem was the lady did not come to clean our room till five the nxt day which we thought was very late as we needed clean towels and cups...not really but they could cook the rashers a bit more next time ..... checking in and out times were a bit harsh. no onsite parking. you need to put down the price and i wood stay more. It was quite noisy, you can hear the sound of other people's jacuzzi's switching on and off all night. It would have been nice if there were some irish staff.paying for parking,for the price you pay for the room i feel this should be included.As mentioned before about the 'jacuzzi'.I feel this was false advertising,it was a jacuzzi bath,bath being the operative word,it was the advertisement of the jacuzzi/whirlpool that prompted me to book this room. i was disappointed with the room because i expected more given the description of the 'executive room' . the kingsize bed was nothing more than2beds pushed together to make a double. the beds did not fit properly together and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in . i explained this to the staff, the reply i got was that kingsize beds are usually made up of 2 beds.
