From the moment you arrive at The Breezes all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Great beds and pillows and lots of complimentary water. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and have a good choice of movie channels in English, dvd, slippers, robes and mini bar. The pool area was lovely and my children enjoyed the basketball hoop in the pool and 6pm Bingo each night. The Breezes has one of the best selection of breakfast buffet with Sunday be.
all reviews » The staff are very helpful and friendly and cant do enough for you, the Balinese people are the most genuine friendly people we have met anywhere in the world. The pool bar was excellent and the swim up bar was a good feature which was well used by the guests. The spa was very calming and relaxing and very reasonable compared to the prices in the UK. The hotel was spotless. We had a late flight so the departure lounge at the hotel came in very handy as it had showers, complimentary tea, coffee . The Hotel was wonderful. They offer so many activities and the staff is ultra friendly and engaged. Our stay at the Breeze Bali was very enjoyable. The pools as magnificent, with sit down pool bar and an an actual beach wih sand at the other pool. We played Pool bingo, pool pillow fight and went on a bike tour along the beach which was organized by the hotel staff.The rooms are clean and all of them face the pools. Amazing experience for my wife and I. We credit the staff and management for mak. One of the days we stayed at the hotel was my husband's birthday. We had fresh flowers and birthday card for him from the hotel staff put in our room for no extra charges. As we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, they provided a complementary happy birthday cake and music for no cost Actually, staff helped me celebrate my husband's birthday in style. We stayed five days at the hotel and each day was different and exciting. We also enjoyed the balinese dishes served at breakfast which were diff. Everything! All staff so willing to help and nothing is to much to ask! They really try hard to please! Pool bar, cocktails, bingo alway entertaining or we could just chill. The spa was the best spa i went too (i have tried plenty) also when rooms were serviced they folded cloths and put all my make up away! Soo nice. Best resort i have stayed in! Planning another trip very soon!. Great hotel- has a feel-good vibe. Good pool with levels and sand beach and swim up bar. Also have a functional play area for kids. My 3 year old had an amazing time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location to shop in seminyak. We had planned to check into another top rated hotel and regretted moving out of breezes for the rest of our trip. Highly recommended. I have been to bali about 40 times and this is my new favorite hotel. Just perfect, could not fault it, the swimming areas are awesome, the rooms are big, the staff amazing, there is a departure lounge so you can shower before the airport, it's meters away from the beach..I Mean really you would not be disappointed ever. I will definitely be back. The Resort was beautiful, the staff cannot be faulted. Comfortable rooms, quiet airconditioners that worked well.Well positioned a short walk from the beach, and walking distance to Seminyak shops. My only criticism was the pool area could be doing with more sun beds. Its not what I didnt like but just a suggestion, that adding champagne at your breakfast will actually raise your standard even higher. I thought 7 am was a late start for breakfast because when you have tours etc you need to go early, ditto with the opening of the gym, 7 am is too late, but such small criticisms really. Little bit of a walk to Seminyak Square, but easy enough to catch a cab for around 20,000 rup ($2 aud). Having to go back home to Australia !!. Disgusting wi-fi, do not buy. Better local sim card, but not the link xl. Nothing. Wifi was an extra charge. It wasn't always very clean in the bathroom. Having to call reception all the time for wifi password. Would be better if one password given for duration of stay. Other restaurant with the hotel not particularly good food and expensive No good restaurants walking distance from the hotel that we found, but cheap taxi to some excellent restaurants nearby Pool table is a child's pool table and particular rubbish Was woken up one morning loudly by hotel staff at 8am!! wanting to clean my room. No free wi-fi, I have travelled alot, and was surprised that this hotel did not have it. We were a group of 4 ladies, and were put opposite the pool bar, and as we wanted quite this was not the position for us, we moved rooms around the back and was much better, also the fridges did not hold much, maybe a bar size refrigerator would be helpful. Nothing to complain about!. Perhaps when they finish installing the lift???? But not a major issue... I could hear the music from the restaurant/bar at the front of the hotel EVERY night. It was loud and annoying. My room was on the road side of the hotel so closest to it.People staying in rooms on the other side of the pool did not hear it. One day I've asked to use the tennis court and I was told it was not possible. Why? Because the general manager's apartment was right below the court and he / she wanted to sleep!!! This is not a reason to say no to a paying customer as you gm has a home and should go there if he / she wants to sleep at 17h00!!!. nothing. Our room faced the pool and was quite noisy during the day. Nothing not to like!. nothing. being charged twice to stay there and taking two days of my time to have my money returned plus having to phone my bank in australia. Pool can be a little noisy if the hotel is full. Aircon did not work when we got there but was fixed within a day. The tea at breakfast. We upgraded to a deluxe room, as there was no lift , so we upgraded to a deluxe room , room was no bigger or different from the superior room, but the advantage is that each room comes with there own sun lounges, as there is not enough beds for the amount of rooms, that was one of the reasons we upgraded!!. Lighting in rooms could of been better especially over Mirror for putting on makeup for woman. not close enough to beach. There was nothing i didn't like :). Nothing. 2 hour wifi - was painful asking for new login tickets all the time. Not enough benches. Some of the other customers. Could be a bit closer to the beach. Sand in the pool itself. The location - thought this hotel was on the beach. internet was a problem and should be changed. we had to renew our passwords and login details every 2 hours, was not user friendly. should be continuous login like other hotels. Corkage fees for bringing bottled water to drink by the pool.
