This was our second time at Ping hotel and we were very happy to be back and so was the staff. It is generally a very cozy hotel. The staff knows you by name and are always very friendly. We spent Nyepi day in the hotel and the staff did everything to comfort us and keep us informed about and during that quiet day. They were very helpful with any question or request we had. They gave us good recommendation for a Spa and places to shop for traditional Balinese clothes. The room was as usual very.
all reviews » This is a very young hotel it has only been open for a few months , i found the staff absoluely fantastic at front desk and at breakfast and room service nothing is too much trouble and so polite , they even bought a cake to my room and song happy birthday lol. the location is excellent only a five min walk to beach and everything at your door step. the bed and pillows and linen were the most comfortable I have ever esperienced, I have stayed in many hotels through out Bali this is particularl. Stayed 4 nights: Room has enough space for 2 people, bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, had a free cocktail (non alcoholic ) when arrived. and some fruits and free water, tea, coffee and toiletries inside room. The shower might need a door since the bathroom was always flooded. The balcony is quite small so you dont feel inclined to sit out there , but there is plenty of space at the roof top bar which will be opening soon , and around the pool. The room was fine overall but the bathroom was perhaps a bit small in that you had to step into the open shower area to be able to close the door to get to the toilet. The shower stall lacked some basic shelving to put toiletries on so your shampoo etc camped on the ground. Minor issue though as the room and bathroom were cleaned nicely. The toilet was a little too small and tight. And the floor gets wet as the shower place has no proper border to prevent water from sipping outside the area. Nothing. bathrooms is tight squeeze, but works. The ONLY issue was our room was close to the breakfast area and when the staff were setting up breakfast we heard their footsteps and the trolly's. But this was not a major issue. We would have liked it if breakfast had been included. It was great and the rooftop venue was lovely...but it was a bit expensive for the area. Very small car park. The room and bathroom were a bit small. No outside views. New hotels popping up everywhere around Legian-Seminyak so there is a bit of noise but it didn't bother me. Seems weird that so many are being built because most are half empty... The breakfast is just ok, but nothing more than this. The hotel facilities arent the best but its hard to complain for the price paid. Rooms quite small but comfortable. We made a reservation for a car to the airport for the next morning, but in the morning there was no car there. Possibly a misunderstanding but taxis where plentiful. very small rooms, but for the most part, in the room you come just to take a shower and sleep, so as anyone. Small bathroom. Nothing. Need some more space for parking area.. Not much. Rooms were quite dark. Poor Wi-Fi connection. the squeeling of the children using the pool echoed right through the place... The pool bit is lovely but is a bit loud. Comparatively too expensive for its quality. 50% lower would be more competitive to others. Expensive average Breakfast. Gym is next to dining area and no barrier between. Insecticide smell in lift every day. Breakfast. Maybe can consider some form of holder/rack in the shower area for soap/bath lotion bottles.
