all reviews » On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends. The entire staff at this hotel is incredible. They show genuine warmth and desire to serve. This was a return visit to the hotel and the staff recognized my return better than any other hotel I have ever experienced. They were very busy but took time to make certain I was taken care of for travel needs and questions I had for some sightseeing I was able to do during my brief visit. Loved the hotel facilities - great harbour view room (worth the extra) and even though it is a little out of the way from hustle & bustle of Kowloon they have a great shuttle bus service in place for guests . . . will definitely stay here again! Tiffany's (Bar) was great with talented musicians entertaining - wish I had gone there both nights!. Location was brilliant the hotel was in a great position for exploring both Kowloon and Hong Kong. Tourism desk staff could have communicated a little better. nothing. No WI-FI in this Time and Age is a fundamental for such a category of an hotel. They should include it in the price, not make it as an extra cost that it's annoying. Even at the lobby, the signal was cutting off and poor...especially if you are there for business!. Nothing in particular. The hotel was overpriced and there was no free wifi. I was woken up the 1st day at 6:30 am by the housekeeping staff who was talking very loudly for a long time in the corridor next to my room then, by no chance, next morning, some people laughed very very loudly near my room...2 Nights without enough sleep!, Not all because of hotel. Frenetic breakfast lounge. Absolutely ridiculous to have to pay for wifi! I have been all around the world and this service is usually free. The price of the hotel was very high although comparable with other hotels in the area with harbor views. No free wi fi and we were afraid to touch anything in the room as using many things incurred additional charges (mini fridge, snacks, outlet adapter, etc). Room service was also very expensive. Room is bit small. It misses the final touch to be a real Top Hotel.. The willingness to help guests out in every way is missing... Although it is a fairly new hotel the decor of the foyer seemed dated in its design and not as classy as the rest of the hotel. Poor internet conection and limited cable TV options. Pool a little small, but this is common in hong kong. Staff who came into my room, although I said later, to replace a beverage in the mini bar, while I was shaving and ready to have a shower... Quite rude and no apoligizy. wifi is these days normally included with the room. In this hotel quite costly.
