great receptionist,good location. Nothing in particular. Great location. That it was in the city Cetnter and was realy easy to reach every where. The hotel is ok but the staff is not that friendly. I did'nt like much......I was suprised the hotel do not provide their guests with complimentry drinking water which is standard in all hotels.location. the location. It was little difficult to locate the hotel. Would be nice if you could mention which exit to take from which MTR station. I had requested for a room with a good city view but to my surprise i was given a room with almost no window!But stay was worth the price!. the superior room was tiny, we had to upgrade to a deluxe room. Very very small room for the price paid. But this is general true ofmost hkg 3-star hotels. However, because the room is really very small,this should be mentioned in the review. No free WiFi / Internet connection in the room. the size of the bed is too small, toilet does not flush and when asked to change to another room the staff said every toilet is the same due to old hotel. price is too high for the quality. my aircon was a bit weak. not that valuable of money. Room too small and dark. Inadequate lighting in room.Despite being part of the Ramada International network, they did not honor partnerships with airline mileage programs. yes, the AC in our room had problem and we were getting very cold during the night the way that we couldn't sleep well.Yes the toilet need to do some renovation. hard beds and pilows. Very far from subway no shuttle service to go to city check in.andfar from hub. there was no english news channels - the staellite tv had been not working for one week and then they said for one month !!!!.
