That is one fo those little things that go a long way.The friendly service of the staff from the receptionist to the cleaning staff conceige and waiting personal. Walking distance from the main tourism area. nice restaurants and bars around.The staff attentiveness and willingness to help, the quality of the room, decor, breakfast buffet,while small, the quality of the food was excellent, hotel location. the design. The Staff. The toilet, the bed and the location!. unique and quiet. The decoration of the hotel is very orginal, the bathroom was beautiful and everything worked well. Breakfast was nice with good bread like in Europe. Wireless internet included in the price. Adapter for power outlet supplied. Location also perfect.Much depends on individual tastes -- I thought the bed was one of the most comfortable I'd slept on in a hotel while my spouse found it too hard for her liking. I may be more used to beds in Asian-style hotels. I spent my christmas with my boyfriend at the luxe manor. I think the price is resonable and the room is very sweet. A general complimentary (internet) email computor would have been a bonus as I had come accross this in some hotels in the British Isles.the breakfast need to be a bit richer for this class of hotel (and price). Took 20 minutes or more to get eggs ordered at beakfast. The size of the room. I have 2 kids at 4 yrs old and 5 1/2 yrs old, hotel charges me for 1 additional adult breakfast of 138++ which I think is a bit expensive. I live in Holiday Inn where they didn't charge any for kids who takes buffet dinner and breakfast for children below 6 years old (which I think most of the 5 stars did). When we arrived we had to wait for the roomkey for 10 minutes after checking in. Room was quite small for the high price. Our room had the window facing the opposite building's wall, which was literally an arm distant, so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Room provide hooks for DVD player, hwever hosekeeping does not have any to share and the cable channels selection is extremely limited. The entertainment system is quite nice,but renting a movie is pricey.the carpet.. There was no Bath tub. Even tho we booked a higher priced room, it was very small and the bed was only double sized which we found very uncomfortable. The feather pillows were sweaty and not comfortable either. Bed was uncomfortable. The shower was to small accordantly to the price. small room. The breakfest is limited with its selection. Approach to booking in and getting the room was poor andthere was no lounge or resting area for clients to wait for their rooms and indeed to meet friends or business associates.This was probably the biggest dissappointment. During weekend outside noise is too rough...sound proof of room have to improve. the view. small room size. Obaing,Ugly decor. Less is more.

3.Airport Express Train
Take the train to Airport Express Kowloon Station and change for free Shuttle Bus (Route K5). The fare is HK$ 90 per person per trip and the whole journey takes around an hour. You can also take a taxi at the Kowloon Station will reduce the time to around 45 minutes.

4.Public Bus
Take the bus route A21 at the Ground Transportation Centre opposite to Car Park-1 and alight at the bus stop near the intersection of Kimberley Road and Nathan Road (near Miramar Shopping Arcade) and it takes approx. 5 mins walk from the bus stop to THE LUXE MANOR along the Kimberley Road. Bus fare is HK$ 33 per person per trip.
