Location is very good in the area of food street specially korean food ane easy to shopping / clean / nice reception staff / baggage deposit after check-out is available / easy to find and just 5 mins walk from subway and bus stop / new hotel just opened!. Easy access to and from the Kowloon station on the free shuttle bus. No problem when we asked for a larger room. The hotel rooms numbered 1 on each floor are much larger than other rooms. Close to Austin Rd.

The hotel's location was perfect for me. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful including requests for a bedside lamp and chair. fantastic location .. easy access to mtr and nathan rd , markets and kowloon park . My favourate aspect to the hotel was the comfortable room and friendly staff. Close to a nice shopping region. Besides that it is a nice hotel in general. Good value for my money, bed is clean and good enough to sleep in. Central position to restaurants, ferries and transport. Location, Window View and Cleanliness!. In the evening no action taken. When we reported to the Front desk, they acted immediately though it was already 11 in the evening. Loctaion of hotel...near MTR and surrounding restaurants very good. The room is ultra small, not value for the money compare to other hotel, you can get a much better hotel with three times the room size with 10% more, I will not go back to this hotel any more. the rooms were small, you have to walk side ways to let the other go through, the shower ceiling was low and the vent is on top of your head & the front desk staff talks in their native language in front of foreign guest & they did not let my guest into their room until all person that occupies the room are present & incidentally one of my guest arrive almost midnight on our check-in day. I don't recommend this hotel to other guest. Room sizes are microscopic :-( For the amount they charge, rooms are very small. Bathrooms almost seem like an afterthought. They charge 77 hkd for breakfast thats simply not worth it. smokey small room and the wifi was horrible. The size of the room being too small . Tiny Room and extremly tiny bath/toilet.
