It's a very nice hotel, with a good location (although close to thetrain station with all its kebabs and adult shops). Maybe a bit tooposh, but still nice and pleasant even if you travel with no businessoutfit. Very good drinks in the lobby bar. Very friendly service. Hotel was amazing! The room was excellent and the staff and environment was very classy.the ambiance, atmosphere, the high quality of space, food and attitudes of the staff.

It s moving when you turn around in it and it s making very loud noise what can be very anoying. I think the problem is easily solve by putting some rubber on the feet of the bed so it can move. The internet price rating was very high , wireless internet not possible and the car parking price was high .cancelation policy too restrictive. king bed suppose to be one bed not two attached together. As with any hotel of this rating, drinks were expensive in the bar - around twice the average price in any bar in Munich. Internet 24 Euro per day! A hotel with this kind of high prices should include free internet access for the guests. In general whatever was not included in the price of the room did not have a "friendly" price... quite the opposite actually.The announced king-size bed were twin beds. The king bed was 2 twins pushed together. One bed would move, it took away from how nice the room was.I have booked a junir suite and the design of the writing desk is very poor. The space between the desk and the chair is so small that one need to climb over the chair to sit in front of the desk. Breakfast was not included within our package and was on the expensive side, although food quaity and selection was extremely good.the concieirg must be more helpful and profesional about the guest issues and about the events that going on in the town such as exebitions and so on. the breakfast was not also included its not normal for such hotel.
