the cleanliness of the room and the location. Service, nice room. The room was very clean and pretty new decoration. Bath room is tidy and towels are white and clean also. very very close to the main train station, only 2 mins by walk. Staff are nice, and accepted our check-in already at 7 in the early morning, Thanks very much for that!. close to the train station and tour departure points. We had a small room but it was very cleanand modern, nicely designed bathroom.very clean, good subway access. The location is perfect for access to my company's central Munich office, our regional office in the South and my trading partners spread around Munich.Location of the hotel is excellent very close to all city attraction specially the main train station and Main shopping area. The hotel has left the pleasant impression, only one remark these are small numbers, but - a problem of many European hotels.the new hotel, the location just beside the train station and the staff. It is on a quiet street and in a good environment even it is near the central train station. It is convenient. the hotel are near to the center of munchen andto the db station. Internet is costy.I think the staff was good, but they need to learn more about the city. Staff was not as knowledgable on where things where how how to get to certain areas. The room did have A/C, but the room really never got cool, which made it difficult to sleep. Nothing I didn't like - but, I had made 2 reservations because my trip was extended. The check-in/out staff could not connect the two together (I paid 2 room bills). Also, after day 1, staff thought I had left without paying, so billed me in my absence (my personal items were still in the room). I recommend there is some change to their procedures on this. Otherwise I liked the hotel a lot.Yse,The air conditioning was not good at all. be sure there is three hotels for the same name in the city :(. The staff spoke English well enough that they could have been a bit nicer. No one was nasty, just not very solicitous. Also, the internet service is not yet fully worked out, in that one pays for 24h, but then is subject to a hidden 100 MB limit and the staff have no way around that. The nicest person at the front desk did say they're working on this, though. The location to the city centre was good but the area was not so nice.Only a limited number of English speaking TV channels available. Area - hotel is not in a nice area. Do not expect too much services from the front desk. See above: What I do not like, is the suggestion that we were booking a499 euro room for 79 euros (nice deal uh!). Arriving in the hotel, weget a very small room, with a very small bathroom, a very small wardrobeetc. I suppose/hope nobody ever pays 499 euros for such a small room!. Very, very small rooms. Yes, alot things!My room was very little ;the room service was very bad.Not cleaning at all!just the garbage.They never ever cleaned the sink during that time.I couldnt sleep there, too much noise, and besides that i always told them not to come and clean my room earlier then 2 pm, but they still did.They woke me up every day at 9 am.They didnt even knock on the door!Shame on them!.
