It was centrally located, clean and very hospitable.

It's nothing fancy, but it was clean and convenient to Gard de Est. The evening reception man was very friendly, but the afternoon man was nice too.
The lift is very small and the stairs are steep, but you can't have everything.

Disappointing ... I only saw the building wall from the room window.
The shower was not working. The door to the toilet would not close and so anyone lying on the bed was forced to look at the toilet.
Dirty, gross, terrible location.
