  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. Our kids loved it. We will come back! Un appartement idéalement situé dans les murs du vieux pala - My cousins and I could not have been happier with the accommodations and especially the location. I have been to Split many times and have in the past always stayed in hotels. This was my first experience with an "apartment" type of accommodation. I loved loved loved the patio for late evening relaxation and people watching. Everything was like new and very clean. Both Antonia and Robi were wonderful and were very helpful in making our stay one to remember. - The apartment was a very nice size for 4 adults and magnificently located just outside the western wall of the palace at the Iron Gate. The terrace was amazing and spacious with a nice view of the square and a beautiful Romanesque house tower with Gothic belfry and Renaissance 24 hour clock adjoining the terrace. No bells ringing thankfully. Very charming and full of history. A great location to explore the palace and return to wonderful accommodations.

  The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. They looked up ferry and bus times for us, bought our tickets, advised us... what people say » about unusual shopping needs--anything we needed help with, they were there. Someone also waited up for our arrival at 11 PM on a Sunday night. The - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

  I do not know where to start. We just finished traveling Croatia for 9 days and our last 2 nights were here in Split and it was the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip. The apartment was fully furnished. Dishes, washing machine, towels, tv, Internet. The owner, Branka, was the best as well. She made the apartment so welcoming and was there... what people say » if we needed anything. The Tv wasnt working and she called the provider and it was fixed in minutes. The location was excellent, right off the main s - We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

  The apartment was clean, air conditioned, fully equipped and a good wifi. Everything worked as expected. The place was great and the apartment had a nice view over the sea and marina. It is located minute of walk from the beach and nice beach bars. We had great time eating dinner with our frends on lovely balcony with sea view.   The people that work at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided all sorts of information about getting around town and over to the islands nearby. They provided extra pillows and blankets when we asked, and they fixed our heater as soon as we indicated a problem. We were contacted a few days before tve arrival and they arranges a taxi picup at the airport. we were met by one from the staff where the taxi stoped and shown the way. The apartment was in the old part of Split with the old city charm. We arrived in Split a night earlier than expected so called the hotel to see if we could get a room for the night before our booking, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked but we asked how early we could check in. We were told 1.30 but that the hotel would call if we could check in any early. We woke up... what people say » at 10 am the next morning with a missed call from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 12 and were able to check in which was brilliant and a h - The owner and staff of this hotel, were incredibly helpful and friendly. My husband was ill on arrival and they arranged for him to see the doctor at the clinic, ordered a pizza for supper as we got in late and could not have been more welcoming. The rooms are superbly appointed and very comfortable beds. A bar downstairs was convenient and a lovely breakfast on the outside terrace most enjoyable. - Beautiful rooms, very nice bathrooms. Everything looks exactly like in the photos. The hotel is new, clean, rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely freindly and helpful. The hotel has a large garage, so you can leave your car and take a taxi to the center (about € 7,-). Breakfast is absolutely sufficient - fresh rolls, croissants, spreads, coffee and juice. We had a very nice time.
