The hotel was extremely accommodating. We arrived in Split a night earlier than expected so called the hotel to see if we could get a room for the night before our booking, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked but we asked how early we could check in. We were told 1.30 but that the hotel would call if we could check in any early. We woke up at 10 am the next morning with a missed call from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 12 and were able to check in which was brilliant and a h.
all reviews » Beautiful rooms, very nice bathrooms. Everything looks exactly like in the photos. The hotel is new, clean, rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely freindly and helpful. The hotel has a large garage, so you can leave your car and take a taxi to the center (about € 7,-). Breakfast is absolutely sufficient - fresh rolls, croissants, spreads, coffee and juice. We had a very nice time. The owner and staff of this hotel, were incredibly helpful and friendly. My husband was ill on arrival and they arranged for him to see the doctor at the clinic, ordered a pizza for supper as we got in late and could not have been more welcoming. The rooms are superbly appointed and very comfortable beds. A bar downstairs was convenient and a lovely breakfast on the outside terrace most enjoyable. Very clean and beautiful room! A little too far from the old centre and Riva but bus stop is quite near. Also buses for the airport leave near the hotel. Staff was helpful. There's a little grocery store right next to the hotel and Joker shopping centre is near. Split is great destination for all the interests: shopping, history, restaurants, beaches.. We have stayed in hundreds of hotel room and the cleanliness of this hotel room is unparalleled. Newly renovated. Comfortable bedding. Good security. Super nice staff who made us feel like we were truly welcomed. Free parking. We drive to arrive and pinpoint the gps and it took us there in one go no problem. Great helpful staff. Taxi driver lives on site, and is ready & willing to take you anywhere at a reasonable price. The "hotel" covers one floor of an apartment building with separate reception and dining area in the ground floor. All brand new just recently opened, very nice and quality design. Positioned among residential houses and blocks of flats but the traffic on the street is minimal. Distant from old town but you'll find your way with a gps. Italian style breakfast with juice, coffee and croissants could be expanded with some bacon and eggs or musli with milk....for the more hungry. "Breakfast" wasn't really breakfast, they just brought out some chocolate croissants and Nutella, which really isn't sufficient - there was no other choice. Couple of kilometers from the center and turist attractions. A little difficult to get to and from the hotel on foot but otherwise good location. Wifi is unreliable in the rooms. Location less convenient for travelers without a car. Breakfast could be better. Do not count on breakfast,is nothing more than a coffee,bread,juice and one croissant. The internet works only in reception no chance to connect from our room. - limited parking - poor neighborhood - WiFi very poor in the room, good in the restaurant area. Maybe a little closer to the old town would have made it perfect. Not founded yet. Breakfast was poor. direction to hotel, no sign for direction. we could not get any breakfast at seven oklock. Me giro todo. Wifi im Zimmer eher problematisch, Frühstück für 4 Sterne mager Wifi not working in the rooms, breakfast rather poor for a 4 star accomodation.
