The staff are excellent. I always felt cared for and respected which is very important to a woman traveling alone.. The room was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. The conference I attended was at the Marriott and I moved to the Ramada to spend some extra days in Vancouver. I prefer the Ramada. The hotel is really good. The staffs are pretty patient and reliable. Thanks for everything.

Staffs. breakfast was in a basement with no natural light, only fruit available was apples, hot foods were eggs, french toast , or wafflles. Room too small and with a windows that couldn't be opened. The room was very small, and there was no view from the window. Limited=Limited space according to my companion. Also be aware that it is valet parking, the lot is off site, and takes awhile to get your car..The area surrounding the hotel is crowded with homeless, drug addictsand beggars of any kind: they don't seem to be dangerous, though. small room, little light. Room was small and a stain on the carpet. The breakfast room was also small. Room extremely noisey. At about 6:30 am a dump truck was making noise in the back alley, happend twice, we were not told about this when we checked in that this would happen.
