so close to everything, Centre Bell, metro, Bar B barn, etc..... It was very welcoming and relaxing.close to bell centre. location. I really enjoyed the style and the setup of the rooms. The first room we received was not cleaned properly and grey pieces of dirt were found in the shower. No. The bed was too hard. We requested a non-smoking room and were given a room that had only recently been converted to non-smoking - so it was actually very smokey. We didn't ask to have our room changed but we should have. The price of merchandise in the fridge and not enough room or space to put your own things in if needed(milk-cheese etc). Poor air circulation in the bathroom. No fans, so the bathroom was very humid all of the time. Gym equipment needs maintenance. Two treadmills need the belt serviced, one bike was broken. please put a new menu for breakfast room service daily. we only received one for one breakfast. prices in the restarant. Parking should be included with hotel cost. closet floor in the room needed cleaning. Beds need new mattress. Went to have breakfast at 9.50am, staff preparing for lunch were in a rush to clean up. Paid for baffet but not to much time to eat, food had to be taken away. . I was charged for 4 guests. I stayed ther with my wife and daughter!. the reception desk !!. noise from a party below us--they put us on the second floor above the party room! Also, one day they forgot to clean our room and came after we called at 5pm. Also, we had to ask for conditioner for our hair.The problem with the mini bar where can use the fridge and the hotel will calculate the value of no purpose to move it automatically.
