The staff was very friendly and helpful, let me keep my luggage in the luggage room all day after check out. Very clean and services very convent, the laundry was open late, kitchen facility, and the cafe off the lobby was great for early morning breakfast before a 9:00 am city tour. It was also very close to the Metro. The location is just great, everything is near. Just in the middle of downtown Montreal.
