The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.The location,the room ,the food. Staff were very friendly and professional. Staff spoke both french and english (very helpful). The hotel is well maintained and has a very appealing appearance. The rooms are surprisingly affordable for a hotel of this calibre.
