Location. I was not spending too much time at the hotel (sleeping). The central location was an advantage.Location, it is close to every thing. I liked that the hotel was in the downtown centre so the location was perfect. I also found the rooms very clean.the room was great...loved it. very friendly staff. Friendly and fast service, I like to start early in the morning and there was a good location for a full service next door in same bulding. the room was too small i and there wasnt freeg in the room (mini bar ) so i slept 1 night and check out too other hotel. it was a very good hotel, well located with excellent access. size of the room: very big with kitchen included. excellent location close to center of downtown.Good location downtown, close to bars and restaurants, quiet, breakfast was not included in the price but you can enjoy a full Cora's breakfast next door ! Internet Wifi is free. The room was nice, it was right downtown. Good location. We would have returned some weeks later for a longer period but when we asked upon leaving for reassurance that things would be better if we did, the receptionist was indifferent about our request. There were many things that I did not like about the hotel beginning with the fact that I had booked three rooms yet they had only reserved two. When I first mentioned the error, the staff member at the front desk arrogantly replied that their computer only showed two rooms that were booked. Luckily, I had printed the confirmation from the website. After reviewing the confirmation, (there's more).
