  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... what people say » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

  We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern. The room was very large with wide windows from which we could view the rooftops of the entire Inner Stadt, including the cathedral and town hall which are lit up brilliantly... what people say » at night.   The perfect place to stay for a solo traveler on a budget. Close to subway stop, but away from the tourist-centric areas. Yet, not that far away. I could walk to Schwedenplatz in 25 minutes to catch the airport bus.   It is a nice studio with all the facilities including the stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, dish washer, washing machine, vending machine, lcd and internet. Again it has double bed and a real double bed (not two singles that we saw in many places in Europe). The staff is very good. I could not turn on the TV and i called and the lady came in... what people say » an hour on Sunday afternoon. Although i figured out how to turn it on and wrote an SMS to her to not come but she didnt receive and she came still (t - The apartment included amenities such as a dishwasher and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was adequate, with plentiful hot water. The space was large enough so that one could spend time there without experiencing cabin fever. It was also well connected by the very regular 7A bus which reached Reumannplatz and Metro line 1 in about 7 minutes. It was generally quiet at night and felt secure.

  We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown.
