it was beautifully decorated with all the modern facilities, very conveniently located..loved it!. The self-serviced apartments were very modern, cleaned daily, had excellent heating considering the Christmas cold, quality bedding, perfect wi-fi connection. Walking distance to Westbahnhof.The staff we're not overly friendly but answered any questions we had sufficiently. We stayed in the self-service apartment which supplied cultlery but no other cooking utencils or toaster. We had to ask for a kettle and a sharp knife but were sent on a goose chase from the hotel to the restaurant and back and then recieved a tiny knife that was barely adequate for cooking. all reviews »
