The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were great, breakfasts weresimple but filling. Very good location to the city. The Pension was still, orderly. We grew to like.The location was great! Good access to means of transportation and tothe city center. It was clean and the staff helpful. Excellent valuefor the money. Location of the hotel is just 5 mins from WestBahnhof. We didn't like the room that was given to us for single occupation even if we reserved 3 double rooms. It was very small in comparison with the other rooms and was quite cold in it over the night. We talked with the hotel staff about it but they couldn't do anything. Also the hotel has very thin walls and there was no hairdryer in the rooms. The breakfast was poor and the same every day.The staff at reception were a little unhelpful. When asked to ordertaxi's and asked for directions to places. But overall the hotel isworth the money and don't forget the location. check out time at 11:00 is too early; staff should be dressed better,specially when serving food. Even when my son wanted a glass of milk, we had to ask for it. The reason I booked this hotel was its air-conditioning facilities. However I found out that it doesn't have central air-conditioning. When I complained about the heat, they put an air-conditioning (stand alone) system which is very noisy into our room. The breakfast was very poor. No information about parking direct im hotel. not clean, noisy, room conditions are very poor. The rooms are not comfortable and the refurbishment is quite poor. The water pipes cause noise when you have a shower or use the toilet. Because the hotel is on a street on which there is a busy tram traffic and the windows do not have double glass or good isolation, the noise outside can easily be heard. The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor.First of all renovation!!! ok... we know that Vienna is a very touristic city, but the tourists expect services and a nice room... we do not expect wealthy things... But it is not acceptable having a room that is below average!!!.
