Excellent management; Santana is a care free, laid back resort. Allows one the independence of living as one would at home, whilst having the amenities of a 5 star resort if needed. Excellent value for one's money and a great central location; Santa Resort, allows for easy access to the beach, shopping and attractions. 5 stars for anyone looking for self sustained accommodation, without the dramas of high maintenance clientele. Best holiday resort in it's class... Hands down!.
all reviews » We had a great time there. We spent a lot of time on their pool and spa, also on the BBQ corner. It was awesome! They keep their pool very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. For the price and quality I would definitely recommend people staying there. I loved the location as it's in between Pacific Fair & Surfers Paradise, also love that the pool was heated fitted with a spa aswell. Was good having Foxtel available when I wanted time to unwind from a busy day out at the theme parks & shopping :). Stayed for 5 nights, Quiet and convenient, room had all amenities, great for kids, convenient location with out the expensive cost. Very helpful staff . Close to beach, shopping malls , restaurants etc etc. Very impressed and would come back again. Staffs are nice and friendly., i like their facilities. Feels like home., They are budget friendly and they got the good location too, near to shops. I would gladly recommend the place to my other friends. Friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to wash and dry clothes. Good bed and the availability of air conditioning. Helpful with bedding for extra guest. Gave me quiet apartment which I needed. The Staff were very friendly and helpful - the apartments were ideally situated for both Broadbeach and Surfers. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The place was clean and very quiet. the apartments were well equipped. the owners are very nice and helpful. Also, the location is great, but it's best to have a car.. The friendliness of the owners in suggestions of must dos around the area and smooth and easy early check in and out of hotel! Nothing really....just lugging my heavy bags up the stairs..but that was my fault for over packing!!. Nothing at all. No hairdryer supplied. not enough loo rolls and no hot chocolate. smoking was allowed around the pool. the only thing!!! having to get out of the car, to open the security gate in the under ground car park !!! "well you can't please every body ". Although reasonably priced, additional costs applied for air conditioner, hair dryer and washing liquids. drying machine not working. bed was two singles put together not a queen bed as stated. location too noisy of highway traffic plus fire station on next block. did not know where to throw the rubbish.no instruction how to separate the waste. Didn't like that my friend and I stayed for two nights and had one towel each, reception closes early so couldn't get more. Also the fact that there was no toilet paper.. Not very good. The shower. bed was uncomfortable, bath had plug missing, bedside table-light did not work, toilet paper 1 ply and very thin, door squeked, couch uncomfortable and so were the chairs. -Air conditioning and extra charge... -Had to remove all rubbish on check out or by charged and extra fee.... -$160 per night and we have to do the cleaning, this is not good value for money and I will not be recommending Santana tot any body. Didn't like the location, pool area and the apartment. The kitchen chairs and couch was dirty and stained. I requested a ground floor apartment and was given an room on level one even though there was vacancies on the ground level.
