Loved the hinterland and sea views from our balcony and the all day sun. Very comfortable bed and lounge furniture. Kitchen facilities were everything we needed. Pool and sauna very relaxing and security excellent. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Good to have your own kitchen and laundry facilities. Bus goes straight past the hotel to take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. Fantastic beach views from Balcony and spa bath in room was a great extra.

Good size apartment free parking great location close to shops and restaurants. Staff eager to help with advice about excursions and local amenities. Loved the location- close to the beach. Great swimming pool and spa used them every day. Helpful and friendly staff, also great value for money. Unit tidy. Good process in place for out of office hours arrivals. Reasonable location. Late check out offered. Reasonably quiet location. Well situated to beach ,shops restaurants and clubs. Facilities were above expectations. Very friendly experienced staff. Very nice spot on the Gold Coast,excellent facilities, quiet, close to the beach and other activities. Way unit was set out, the view and location, not to noisy. The bed room and bathroom are very nice and comfortable . spa bath in room room service options cleanliness. The staff were very helpful. Staying there was easy. Location,clean. pretty good resort overall, great value for money, bed was super soft, spa and pool were great. pool and spa were great. Blinds would be better suited to being curtains as the gaps let a lot of heat and light in as the sun rises in the morning. Louvre doors to bathroom no living room curtains only nets made it to light early morning. Only one hand towel. Bathroom bit tired. View from balcony into other backyards. Would have preferred water view and being on a higher floor. We stayed 8 days, rooms are only cleaned/refreshed after 8 days. As only one dishcloth and teatowel , had to purchase cleaning products . Bathroom slightly smelly. You need to clean the dish and remove rubbish yourself . i wasn't sent the code to the front doors when we arrived. I had to make a call to reception to find out how we got in. The curtains had too many missing pieces. the room should be clean at least every 2days.. the size of the in room spa pretty small only good for one person, washing machine was little hard to operate no clear instructions. hairdryer and room phone didnt work. Old.
