  A very nice hotel decent room cleaned daily. A pleasant 10 - 15 minute walk into the old town. Very friendly and attentive staff. My room couldn't pick up wifi, so they provided me with my own booster unit within an hour of identifying the problem. Generous and comprehensive buffet breakfast on the spacious top floor.   This was our second stay at Ancient house for a total of 6 weeks in 12 months. the resort is set in beautiful, shady gardens with an excellent pool that provides shade for most of the day. the design of the Resort is superb and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the breakfast is excellent and all staff are friendly and accommodating. it is ap... what people say » proximately 1.5 km from the town of Hoi An, however a regular shuttle bus service will take you to the town or the beach. bikes are available for gues - Ancient house staff were brilliant our entire stay. We were initially only going to say 2 days but ended up staying another 2 because we liked it so much. The Internet signal was a bit weak in the initial room we book so asked to be moved to another one closer to the reception and they just upgraded us instead. Very nice rooms and only 15-20 minute walk from town. Free bikes though rented through the hotel make the trip much quicker though.

  We stayed at Ancient River House for our honeymoon and loved it. It was so peaceful and quiet and we loved the location on the river and a bit out of the main busy town. The shuttle services where perfect for getting in and out of ancient town and we used the provided bicycles to go to the beach.   Great pool and pool area. Would be a top spot in Summer. Organised a day trip to My Son through the hotel which was very good. Isn't in the Old Quarter but is a very easy 10 minute walk away. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear the traffic from 6.30am. Wasn't an issue for us but may be if you've had a late night and need a sleep in.   Wow, what a pleasant resort to stay in! Spotless, big and luxury rooms (studio's almost) with pool view, close to the big pool, spa and restaurant. Good food, very friendly staff, free bikes (wich can be used to go to the beach and city centre of Hoi an since walking is a bit far). Massage is very very good, the cheapest of 5 we had in Vietnam and also the best! Truely a relaxing spa, clean a - The location is strategic: in between the town and the beach. Free shuttle bus runs both ways several times a day. The pool is huge! On a hot day you can just stay in the resort and enjoy you time swimming or chilling. The breakfast is great: wide variety of meats, fruits and exotic salads.

It's a teeny bit outside the old - Vaia Hotel provided us a very comfortable and clean bedroom & bathroom. Standard room that we had comes with a safe, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, hair dryer, toiletries, clean towels and bed linen, rain shower & hand-held shower, fridge and wifi internet in the room with good speed. Room no 03 does not have any view from window but the room size is more spacious than the upper floor bedroom that comes with a view. Mr Peter (hotel staff is very attentive & friendly).
