Our stay here was very relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and well presented, we hired bikes and rode into Hoi An which was a lovely way of seeing the town. The location was great..although people complain that there isnt a beach, im not sure exactly what they are on about. As there is a beach on both sides of the hotel. The pool is large and clean and lovely to swim in and look out to sea. The breakfast was very nice and the free shuttle to Hoi An old town very usefull (rememeber to book). A lovely part of the world to relax and enjoy.

Excellent value for money...even the high quality food and drinks were so reasonable, unlike other 5 star rip off prices.
The staff's English conversational skills were surprisingly very good compared to people in Ho Chi Minh. And they were always smiling and eager to get to know us and the kids. Felt like being part of a family.

An amazing hotel. I loved the architecture and feeling of space in the 4
stories high lobby. The rooms are designed so that even from the back
wall of the bathroom you can still have a sea view, although there is
the option to close off the bathroom with a blind. Nothing is too much
trouble for the staff, who are attentive and efficient yet still do
everything with warmth and kindness. Bicycles are available and we went
off one day and had our own little adventure. A bus service runs
