Excellent staff, great location (on beautiful beach), remarkable vacation. Great resort for couples and families - with amenities and facilities to exceed your needs. Food is fabulous and proximity to Hoi An is perfect. We loved everything!. staff in generel is good and helpfull, but our check-out was awful - we were overbilled 50$. The location is great - quite, clean beach and water. The pool is available till 24-00. Every evening they cook buffet dinner wich is great!.

Located on a very nice swimming beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to local seafood restaurants. Breakfast buffet with well prepared Asian and western foods. All the staff especially staff at the front desk, the courtesy bus and drivers, side car. Our bungalow on the beach and surrounds. Lovely resort. Calm atmosphere, elegant surroundings on the premises, good food and very helpful staff. Excellent service. Beatyfull hotel. Fantastic with the beds (big baskets) at the beach. And not enough quite for just-married loneliness - a loot of kids ))). Another pool (for kids) would be good. The pool is very nice but it would be good for adult guests to have a separate, quieter pool. A 'pillow menu' would be good as I wasn't a fan of the feather pillows. No kids pool (just a small wading pool). Shuttle bus to old hoi an was not frequent enough. Wifi in room was bad. Even in computer was slow. The local town of Hoi An is just too touristy. Also, the abundance of standing water brought too many mosquitos. Not eneugh beds at the beach. we could have just some hangers in the room. Nothing worth mentioning, however, it does not come up to the higher standard of your hotel at Siem Reap, Cambodia. I didn't like the noise and the large number of people. River view rooms are street view rooms It smells humidity very strongly...

Please note that Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is currently undergoing renovations in the lobby area until 15 July 2012. During this period, the front desk will be situated temporarily in Cham Bar. You may experience minor disturbances. The resort apologies guests for any inconvenience caused. Please note that there is a mandatory gala dinner on 24 December, 2012 that costs USD 87 for adults and USD 69 for children between 5 - 11 years old. The mandatory gala dinner on 31 December, 2012 costs USD 98 for adults and USD 79 for children between 5-11 years old.
