Erin at reception was excellent. Made me feel really welcome with his great smile and explanations. The entire staff was courteous. The room was spacious and good value for money. Especially considering that it is in Beverly Hills. I would book there again. There is a Hertz rental office right in the hotel which is so convenient. Every thing this hotel is excellent value for money great spa pool helpful friendly staff clean and friendly great breakfast & they do a free buffet some evenings good location.

Excellent hotel friendly staff. I had a us 100 excess charge on my credit card a day after checking out. Little money but I couldn't understand where it came from especially since I left 6 large bottles of still water in the fridge with some 4 redbulls a 4 Monster cans and some other items. I am 100% sure that I was overcharged. I used the valet parking on day 1 only but was charged every day henceforth. nothing. Breakfast area a little cramped but always clean. Tried to advise hotel we'd be arriving around 9am after flight from Australia, but not sure that message got through. We had a blocked toilet which flooded the bathroom at 2am. The parking is expensive. Only issue, which im sure you get a lot of, is parking. Might as well include it in room price. Breakfast was limited in its variety Pillows were too hard and large. Only complaint is the breakfast time -- it really should be extended to 10, instead of ending at 9am currently. Way too short, especially for guests who wish to sleep in. Although it is technically Beverly Hills, it is probably not the Beverly Hills you have in mind by the films one watch. If you have a car and can get by, it is not far from the tourist attractions but the price for parking is ridiculously high (please take in consideration before you book it). Room too small for a king studio with sofa bed open Not providing drinking water. bit tired. Sofa bed in the room for the third person was described as thick mattress but that was not the case. It was soft thin gave me a back pain in the morning. I checked out of the room my invoice was for 538 dollars which I agreed to be charged for. They chanrged me an extra 5 dollars that I do not know why.
