Room and bathroom decorated beautifully and absolutely spotless. Housekeeping excellent every day. Staff very helpful organised tours and got taxis. Breakfast room lovely and good selection to suit all tastes. Should be a 5 star hotel. Had an issue with connecting flights and contacted hotel who re assured our reservation with no cancellation fees Thanks to Ryan beds were very comfortable and staff extremely helpful.

Reliable comfort. The lobby and restaurant areas were quite nice. Our room was substandard for the $199 per night charge plus $26 parking. Paint was chipped in several areas, the bathroom was tiny with an unattractive pipe sticking quite visible under the vanity, and the water backed up in the tub while we showered. Yuck! The people above was were noisy and so were other guests as they walked to and from their rooms. We were quite dissappointed. The door staff. Nothing. Everything perfect. a car was a neccesity as there was little accessible by foot. car parking is expensive, but this applies to LA in general. The hotel was old. Hotel Lift/elevator was dirty with the edge sides. Parking garage is very ghetto looking, with very dirty elevator. Free wifi in the rooms could have been better and quicker!. Breakfast team needs a bit of waki waki in the morning. the fruit at breakfast was old . It was on the older side. A little old. Water did not drain well in the bathroom. Fridge was old and noisy so we had to unplug it for a good night sleeps. Renovation effortswould make it much pleasant to stay. Internet too slow. Awkward room layout. No breakfast. I wrote the positives and negatives on the left side and didn't want to start all over. I will add that I expected quite a bit more from a hotel that has the words Beverly Hills and is located in a good area. No hotel shuttle bus from airport cost $70 as the taxi driver got lost!!!!!!! Know now I should not have paid it but I did. The reception staff were not very friendly. Our bill had parking on it. We had no car and when I questioned the charge I was asked was I sure I had not used the parking!!!!!. Old, parking excluded. Too expensive for the comfort and age.
