Jamal met us at the flat - very simple check in process. Having an allocated parking spot was fabulous. A bit of a walk to use the lift, but worth it with luggage. The location was fabulous - so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Also, close to Sainsbury. The apartment was not fancy, but it was comfy and clean. Jamal was so caring and helpful and nothing was too much for him, this made the stay a real treat. The location is second to none in York. The apartment was superb, eberything a family would need. At this time of the year the heating was efficient and most welcome without any attention to settings from my point of view.
