i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny. The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.Very comfortable hotel and extremely pleasant staff. Not much of a view, but it didn't really matter.The lighting in the room, had to find a lot of light switches in order to light teh room well. One central switch or light that would turn them all on would be helpful, and some better/stronger lighting. The room was too hot (possibly the air con was not working), and ourtowels weren't changed from one day to the next.Not really only you cound of given me my money back ( ha ha). not enough staff at reception. The price of breakfast being £12.50 when we only went a couple of hundred yards th the paramount pub and got a full english for £2.59 glad we did not pay the price you was asking.Also the shower diverter did not work but fortunatly we could use the bath. on arrival at the hotel we were given a disabled room with 2 single beds pushed together when we asked for a double room. Someone had smoked in the room previously despite being a non smoking room. cigarette butts were found in the window frame. Otherwise the stay was very good. No wi-fi internet access, poor television, inadequate lighting for working in room. A bit overpriced. pull down bed in hotel not comfortable. Room Service was very poor. The breakfast staff and efficiency in replenishing food was poor. I had to ask them for many things to be replenished. I was at breakfast at 9.45am. Also the TV (games and movies) did not work. We were not able to view them at all.The Sofa beds were the worst for comfort that I have ever slept on. excessive price compared to normal. the bathroom flooded after taking a shower and there was no drainage. Price was a little on the expensive side at £175 per night and there was no parking, although parking was available for short stays to unload luggage (At a jacked up rate at 55p for ever 15 mins).Breakfast tea being made with stone cold water! Receptionist ignoring me when I said breakfast was included in the rate we'd been charged, therefore having to e.mail you requesting it's return!. The bath was really dirty and no breakfast included, I would rather stay at ibiss or premier inn.
